Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Hiprotech account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
